Do I need to make an appointment to visit The Gateway Club?

No, you don’t need to make an appointment to visit The Gateway Club, although if you are after a particular lady you can make a booking to secure
her for your visit. However, we do not take bookings on a Friday and Saturday night, as it gets extremely busy.

Is there a carpark on site or close by?

The Gateway Club provides all clients with a car park at the rear of our building that is under security surveillance. There are also near by streets
which have unlimited parking if needed.

Does The Gateway Club provide full discretion?

At The Gateway Club we try our best to be completely discreet, as every lounge has curtained areas to ensure client and ladies discretion. We also
provide lift access to our upper levels and have 3 different exits at separate ends of the establishment for client discretion. If a client
has made a purchase greater then $500 then we do require some form of identification. Other then that our lips are sealed.

How can I make payment at The Gateway Club?

The Gateway Club accept cash, credit (Visa or Master card surcharge incurred) or EFT payments and if need be we can provide Internet facilities.

What is The Gateway Club’s Cancellation policy?

Within the first 5 – 10 minutes of choosing one of our gorgeous ladies and no services have been taken then you are entitled to a full refund and
can choose another one of our women. However, if any service has been provided a refund is not possible. If you have booked one of our ladies
for an hour and walk out within the first half an hour, we will refund you the difference between 30min and the hour. Thankfully this isn’t
something that happens often at our establishment. The Gateway Club has a strong anti violence policy, any client who is being abusive or violent
to any of our staff members, ladies or other clients will not be tolerated.

Does The Gateway Club provide a healthy and safe environment?

The Gateway Club is one of the few Sydney Parlours that prides itself on its establishment, facilities and ladies. We provide commercial grade
laundry equipment as our night maids ensure the cleanliness of our establishment regularly. Our hostess’ are required to obtain a health certificate
every 10-12 weeks as we do not promote unsafe practices, not only for the protection of our clientele but also the heath of our hostess’. Please
do not ask for natural services. The Gateway ladies know how to please without putting the client or themselves at risk. We strive to give
every client the most memorable experience when they visit our club and ask for the same respect in return. If any client disrespects the ladies
or staff, you will be asked to leave and will not be welcomed back to our club. If any serious offences are caused to staff or ladies we will
not hesitate to call the police or use our security facilities. Our club is under constant visual and audio surveillance in our public areas.

What are The Gateway Club’s rates inclusive of?

All of The Gateway Club’s rates are inclusive of hostess fee and room hire.

How do I book The Gateway Club’s Deluxe Suite?

To experience one of The Gateway Club’s deluxe suites, which include full bar, spa, plasma TV and executive facilities you must book at the latest
1 hour before the booking. Try our indulgence suite, its a minimum 2 hour booking and is in a league of its own.

What is The Gateway Club’s policy on drugs and alcohol?

The Gateway Club does not promote drugs and alcohol, as heavily intoxicated patrons will not be allowed entry to our club. We do not allow drugged
influenced ladies in our establishment. We strive to provide the highest-class services and establishment in Sydney.
